Ella Sampson envisioned creating a platform for women in Devon to find friendships back in 2022. With her background in journalism, she excels in researching and sourcing events for Devon Ladies. Ella brings a wealth of warmth and friendship to the community, ensuring that her values of connection and support shine through in every event.

Carly Ring joined Devon Ladies in May 2024, having supported the initiative since its inception. Alongside her work with Devon Ladies, Carly runs her own successful balloon events business and works seasonally at Plymouth Argyle Football Club. Known for her strong business acumen and personable nature, Carly is both business-savvy and approachable. She plays a crucial role behind the scenes, managing operations and supporting events, and is often seen engaging with attendees at Devon Ladies' gatherings.
